Virtual OCD & Trauma Therapy for Adults Across the State of Oklahoma

OCD, Trauma, and Anxiety therapist, Stephanie Winfrey, has a virtual practice in Washington state.

Looking for an OCD therapist in Oklahoma who understands what you’re actually going through?

Maybe you’ve been told it’s just anxiety. Maybe you’ve tried therapy and it helped a little but never touched the root of it. Maybe you’re functioning fine on the outside and falling apart on the inside — and you can’t explain why.

I’m Stephanie Winfrey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in OCD, ROCD, and trauma. I provide virtual therapy to adults across the Oklahoma City Metro area and to the state of Oklahoma.

Here is how I can help

  • OCD — intrusive thoughts, mental compulsions, rumination loops, and the kind of OCD that looks like anger, perfectionism, or just right thinking
  • ROCD — relationship OCD that keeps you questioning your partner, replaying every interaction, and seeking reassurance that never sticks
  • Trauma — complex trauma and the ways early experiences quietly run the show in your adult relationships and reactions
  • Anxiety — the exhausting, relentless overthinking that shows up as snapping at people you love and never being able to fully relax

I get it. It is hard to say out loud thoughts that make you feel shameful.

I specialize in OCD because I’ve lived it. I know firsthand that OCD doesn’t always look like what you’ve seen on TV. It looks like feeling stuck for hours wondering how to stop ruminating. You may even find yourself replaying a situation over and over, even when you don’t necessarily care. Sometimes it looks like a thought that scares you so much you don’t tell anyone.

That experience changed everything about how I practice — and it means you don’t have to explain yourself from scratch.

You're in the right spot if...

  • You look fine to everyone around you but feel like a mess on the inside
  • You find yourself snapping at the people you love and don’t fully understand why
  • You replay conversations for days looking for resolution that never comes
  • You’ve tried other forms of therapy that helped some but didn’t fix the root of the problem
  • You’ve never heard of ROCD or OCD but something about this page feels a little too familiar
