You wish you could stop getting stuck replaying each interaction, stop analyzing your own thoughts, and stop ruminating and dwelling for hours.
That’s where we start, quieting your overactive thinking.
I help you learn to let your mind take a break from thinking.
You are a busy woman. Maybe that means you are a mom, or maybe that means you are a driven woman with goals, hopes, and dreams. But something feels off. You don’t know how you can keep up if you keep feeling so mentally exhausted.
It’s time to learn who you really are without the mental noise.
It’s time to quit searching if it is normal to think or worry this much and learn how to quiet the mental noise. It won’t be easy but it will be freeing.
As an OCD and Trauma Therapist, we will uncover the source of all this overthinking, whether it is trauma, anxiety, or OCD. Then learn how to finally feel calm, grounded, and like yourself again.
I thought I just knew the right way to do things since my brain seemed to work differently than others. This led me to feeling frustration when things weren’t as I expected or thought it should be. I’d find myself being snappy with my family, friends, and coworkers. It felt like anger I was trying to stuff down and keep from coming out.
The worst of it started one summer when I was flooded with scary imagery and constant worry. I couldn’t explain it and couldn’t escape it. I was terrified and had no idea why this was happening.
It was a journey that included me learning more about OCD and the interaction of trauma and OCD.
That experience is exactly why I do this work.
Ya, therapy is hard af sometimes. And even though I value being authentic and transparent, I use a gentle, mindful approach. In this space, you don’t have to perform, ok?
🤓🤓 Now for those of you looking for the nerdy stuff. I am a licensed clinical social worker currently accepting patients in the states of Washington and Oklahoma.
I am trained in multiple modalities and with your collaboration we choose what to use. Diagnoses like trauma draw on my EMDR, CPT, DBT, and CBT skills. While OCD draws on my ERP and Inference Based CBT skills.
I complete multiple hours of continuing education annually and strive to stay on top of the most evidence based practices available.
45 – 55 minute sessions
In our sessions, I start by assessing what’s bringing you into therapy and help you identify your goals. Basically: what’s got you here, and what do you want to happen by being here? I use what you share to develop treatment goals that are tailored to you.
Then we move into the nitty gritty. This is where I draw on evidence-based treatments to help you calm racing thoughts, break out of spiraled thinking, rumination, and other patterns that aren’t serving you.
Throughout treatment, I take an educational approach…because if you’re anything like me, you want to understand why it’s happening in the first place.
You’ll leave with a real understanding of what’s going on in your mind, plus tools and skills to help you cope.
That’s all it takes to start feeling like yourself again.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
